Good-news

A few of you already know, a few might have guessed, and for the remaining few it's surprise. After 27 years of bachelorhood it's time for me to take the vow. I am getting married with Sujana on 22nd November 2009.

Sujana currently works with Accenture, Hyderabad after she was transferred from Mumbai.

Our story goes back all the way to the school days. We studied in different schools in different towns but knew each other due to our family relations. She being an ideal student and me an average we never thought our paths will cross, but as they say destiny had its own plan. A few years ago the realization happened to both of us and when I asked she said Yes.

This summer when we told our families, they were more than happy and gave their blessings to this new relation.

On 30th September we got engaged at Sujana's residence in Berhampur.

Things started falling into place since then and here I am with the invitation. Please mark you calendar for Nov-22. It is a big day for us and your presence means a lot.

My new machine

Afters years of dreaming, planning and waiting finally the moment has arrived..
I have got my dream machine – Royal Enfield Electra 5S


Around 15 years back I saw an enfield bullet up and close for the first time and heard the thumping beat of the engine. That moment I told myself if I ever gonna get a bike, it has to be an enfield bullet.

It was too early for such a decision but since then buying any other bike never crossed my mind.

What an amazing feeling while riding it, an adrenaline rush every time !
As the bullet marches ahead with the thumping sound from the 350cc engine, lot of heads turn with an wish-I-could-ride-one expression on their faces.

A few complements came along too and the best one so far - Its a classic bike and people with taste buy it ;) - from a gentleman in the temple while performing a puja for the bike.

Just three days with the machine so far but I am sure as time passes by we will
discover new destinations and tell our stories.
